Why Have Cosmetic Surgery?
Celebrities, CEO’s & Politicians have known for years that people form a first impression response to your outward appearance upon their initial view of you. Your smile, body profile and body confidence send a message.
If you look and feel fantastic – your career, love life and general happiness will be greater as well.
Surgical Risks:
Our doctor’s years of experience assure that you will have as risk-free a procedure as humanly possible. But no surgery is without risks. If complications occur, they are usually correctable. You will be interviewed to be sure that medically you are a good candidate for surgery.
You must be emotionally and physically suitable. Your primary physician may need to give approval, and you may need to stop taking medications that promote bleeding prior to the surgery.
Serious complications are not common but do occur even under the best of circumstances. Scars are inevitable – but our doctors do their best to make “beautiful scars” by hiding or minimizing them whenever possible.
Reactions to the sutures or anesthesia can occur. Seromas (fluid collections under the skin) or hematomas (blood collection under the skin), and infections can occur and can be treated if discovered early. Nerve damage can result in changes in movement of the affected muscles or sensation of the skin.
If you are in good health, and strictly follow the doctor’s medication and pre and post-operation guidelines – your risk of complications will be minimized.
Hygiene:
Our doctors use bacterial soaps, latex gloves, face shields, masks, and full surgical suits for serious operations. Our high temperature sterilization equipment and operating rooms with bacteria air filtration systems are non-existent in smaller clinics in Mexico and the USA.
Follow-up Care:
After your surgery, our commitment to our patients continues and rest assured you will not be alone. Depending on your case, you may briefly recover in the hospital, or by a resort pool overlooking the beach with a medical attendant nearby or available on-call. A doctor is always available 24/7 during your recovery. After you return home, our aftercare package includes a 24 hour medical help line. We will continue to be available and you can return anytime for free consultations.
Throughout your Cabo Cosmetic Surgery experience – you will be given the best pre & post op advice. Following the doctor’s instructions regarding rest, diet and medication is an important part of the process. Please allow yourself sufficient recovery time before departing for home.
