General Information
Fine Dining:
There are scores of great restaurants in Los Cabos from Italian and International Fusion, to Continental, Asian and of course - the very best Mexican. Don’t leave town without having lobster Baja Style or Mexican Tortilla Soup! TIPPING 15% of the bill is customary for waiters. In Mexico – waiters don’t earn minimum wage – they work for tips. So be extra considerate when tipping. Be careful that the tip wasn´t already added on at the bottom of the bill - common at upscale establishments. TAXI DRIVERS DON´T EXPECT TIPS.
Activities:
Real adventure
activities are here for all. There’s big game fishing, snorkel tours,
scuba diving, surfing, parasailing, kayaking, glass bottom boat and
submarine rides. You can blast through the desert on ATV’s, ride horses
on the beach or race a real Baja 1,000 race car on a desert course.
Clubs are open almost all night long, and shopping, theaters, casinos
and dining are nothing less than spectacular along Cabo’s marina
waterfront.
Nearby beaches such as Lovers Beach at Land’s End and the surrounding
rock formations are world famous for their natural beauty.
There are many interesting things to see and do in Cabo even if you
are in post-op with stitches. Obviously going rock climbing or
swimming with dolphins are not going to meet with your doctor’s
approval,
but sport shopping in the luxury malls, taking in a first-run movie
(in English), enjoying a concert, sunset dinner cruise, a day tour to
magical Todos Santos, a glass bottom boat ride or just sunning around
a resort pool and reading a book are all great options.
